Great tones. Will I need to buy the POD XT for these sounds or can I use Guitar Rig and get close to the same tones using the Variax?  I live in in Ocean Isle Beach btw.

MusicMedic u do not HAVE to have the POD. I use my variax also with GuitarRig and Amplitube2

Sorry Its a variax 500!!! Whats the diference between The variax 300 and the 500 With a variax 300 I can do that great sounds you got????? Thanks again!!!!

Im not sure. But i think the 300 and 500 have the same guts.
