  • The little guy is arguing that farmers from poor countries - countries that have imported food foisted onto them - should simply find occupations outside of farming.

He doesn't mention that large numbers of people in these countries depend on farming for their livelihoods, and that imported food stifles these country's economies. Moreover, to say that farmers should simply find an alternative occupation is about the most ignorant thing I have ever heard!

  • but why do we need so much prosperity, why can't the richer be happy to stop at a certain point and reduce profit margins to a cap... why keep going and building and gaining and keeping to yourself. greed is killing people.

  • ...where are the Haiti devastation donations from the islam/middle east world??

(excepting the only free people in the middle east, Israel who are helping) ...?? shamea

  • dig for the truth or say nothing at all

  • What the hell....what don't you guys tell the fucking truth...American people destroyed, everything that we used to export, no more rice, coffee, pigs, coconuts etc. now we got nothing.nothing. With no, technology.. Thats the result Selfish ass nation. I hope youre happy. Thats why Haiti become poorerday by day its getting worst. We dont even have fish anymore

  • Obviously this globalization "expert" has his own agenda that has nothing to do with the circumstances that yield poor, underdeveloped countries. Khan directly asks him about Haiti, but he rather talk in inaccurate generalities. The causes are not complicated, but certain people rather make it appear complicated as to push their own wealth and security.

  • sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

  • PS. I saw the little guy on the "Glen Beck show." He is a friggen' neocon

  • I agree. Yet greed is human nature.
