The style changed from wide hoopskirts to narrow skrits with bustles during the period of the film. 1861-1871.

I feel in love with the opening scene dress :) love it. and the barbeque dress..what surprises me though, is in the book it says scarlett was not beautiful and vivien is gorgeous!

@missEloise97 Scarlett is wearing the striped dress in he scene where she and Rhett are going for a walk with Bonnie. It's a very short scene. It used to be longer in the original.

@ahbeeei That's the striped dress. One of the most beautiful costumes that Vivien wears in the movie, for the strolling scene, and, of course, one of my favourites. There are plenty of photos with that dress.
