Okay, your in luck. That was the program that my school uses. This is what I did to break NS.
When your logging in to the computer (after you put in your password and click enter and it starts to load your profile, pull the Ethernet cord. This makes it default into a offline login.
Download DTaskmanager and run it off of a flash drive or something. Use this program to force kill the "client32.exe" process. This is the client for netsupport on your computer.

depends. I managed to hack the schools proxy so i can go on yt, but theres also software called "Net Support" which is near to impossible to crack
