This is just a quick benchmark from me, Cheesyburps.
I am running the game at completely full details, at the resolution of 1920 x 1080.
I'm really happy with the performance of my new cards, so I decided I would upload a few videos of them. The overclocked and SLI stock/Overclocked benchmarks will be recorded and uploaded over the next week or two.

Average FPS With FRAPS - 50FPS (Didn't properly measure it, but you can see why I said 50)
Average FPS Without FRAPS - 67FPS

My specs are:
Corsair 800D
Asus P8P67 Pro B3.0 revision
Intel i5-2500k 4.8Ghz
Corsair Vengance Black 16GB RAM - 1600Mhz
nVidia Geforce GTX 680 x2 in SLI
Corsair 850w PSU
Crucial M4 128GB SSD

Thanks for watching, and comment on what other games you think I should do, next!

PS. My CPU was only running at 4.3Ghz, for some reason, and the RAM was clocked weirdly, so I should have gotten slightly better results(2-4FPS).

So about the very late replies, but I've only just seen this comment.

No, I do not experience any. They perform very smoothly.

Yes, you can. You will get amazing performance, now that there are newer drivers.

What are the max and min FPS? I figured dual 680s would have a better average without FRAPS running.

Dual 680s do have a lot better FPS, but this is just with one card, as you can see in the top left.

I think the min and max without FRAPS is something like 57 / 110

Not sure exactly what it is with dual cards, yet, as they don't seem to like BF3.

no it wont bottleneck. I have an i5 3570k and a 680 and it doesn't. you can also look up on pc review/benchmark websites and see it won't.
