Taking off from Netherthorpe in a Cessna 172 G-ROLY on runway 06 which is slightly downhill. A left turn out and climb out to Clowne to avoid conflicting traffic before routing to Gainsborough and Humberbridge then Spurn Point before returning to Netherthorpe via Gainsborough VRP again and avoiding the gliders from Kirton-In-Lindsey. Talking to Doncaster and Humberside on a traffic service.
Ed was flying and it was me doing comms.

Perfect flying weather, calm clear and great long distance vis!

  • Nice video. Never done a left hand turn from 06. Hoping to get rated on G-ROLY later this year. Got my license at Phoenix so i've been flying the 150's out of netherthorpe.
