  • Same thing in thousands of cases. Our case in Wisconsin, the Judge slept thru half of the testimony. The people were appalled.He then made his decision 10 days later before the transcripts were printed. In the decision , he mixes up parties and facts with a totally differant case.

  • "THEY" can interpret meanings to fit their agenda. Shall in most cases is interchangeable with may but only if it's to THEIR advantage. My foreclosure hearing on October 25, 2006 I demanded the judge show me his oath of office which had verified he did not possess. I also demanded that he compel the bank (Associated Bank) to produce "the note". All he said was: "Duly noted" to everything I demanded. Dale Pasell is his name and he's a criminal!
