Rusty Warren and I have the same birthday! How great is that! And yes, I remember sneaking to listen to her albums my folks brought back from Vegas.
Timing, delivery, funny and fun! and soo innocent in ways compared to now.
She's amazing and still going!

Rusty is a doll. My wife and I visit her in her home on Oahu quite often. Well....actually we are visiting our friend whom rooms with Rusty, but we visit with them both all the same :)

@d820m I haven't seen that list, but it would probably take me about 3 seconds to weed it down by a few, to make room for legends like Rusty, and the late, great Tubby Boots. Most stand-up comedy these days no longer has any of the art & craft left in it. Same goes for today's sitcoms compared to the 50's and 60's.

Holy cow. My parents told me when i was just a babe & they thought I was sound asleep, they played her album & when they went to flip it over to the other side they could hear me singing "Roll me over". The first song I learn to sing back in 63.
