Avatar The Last Airbender Asian Cast

people dont seem to get this so i will spell it out... im NOT attacking the choice for fire nation,(fyi i originally made this list before the final cast list was released). i can't wait for the movie and this list is NOT meant to be a bitchy fangirl rant. i think dev patel is going to be a WAY better zuko than jesse mcCartney (i think thats how u spell it) anyways. unlike mcartney, dev patel can act! (and apparently fight as well which is kinda necessary for this movie).. so yeah what im saying is please everyone this isn't about all the fire nation controversy, please dont take it that way because its not my intention, its just how i have always pictured these characters. im not an anal fan brat, its just how i saw them in my mind when i heard that they were making a live action movie... okay?

@mkandyunafan4 Lets see.. Michelle Ang..although her lips are more "suki", i think the rounded face and jaw shape would make her a good Toph..and Lea Salonga.. he hair color definitely says water tribe..i think she would be great as Katara's mother.. she has wise eyes and i think this would work.. however..if she were able to act a darker part she could be cast as the young [flashback version] of Hama [bloodbender] .. then again if we aren't worrying about ages she could easily be katara instead

An actress I think that possibly could have made a great Azula in her younger days is Hyeon-Jeong Ko. She was terrific in "Great Queen Seon Deok."

@foxypompom thank you! yeah katara was one of the ones i had trouble with.. but it wouldn't be a complete cast without her so i had to choose from my limited selection.. someday i will find replacements for some of them and make another updated vid.. lol someday
