man, ur talking to the wrong guy. took me awhile to figure that out too. I got one thing up one your story, though; im friends family does authentic italian cooking. Homestyle meal, italian food goodness, and free to me the times i do go; what more to ask for? lol

I don't really know how you come to assume that I'd be american (cause I am European), but anyway. I am sorry to hear about any experience of discrimination, but besides of black sheep that are everywhere in the world, I personally couldn't make such experiences. I admit, we have this picture here in Europe, that in the US generally service would be much better. But besides people who want to help you with your shopping bag I haven't seen much of that in US, rather the opposite sorry
