GoTooGi Intermediate / Advanced Heavyweight Division Highlights

On April 20th, 2008 students from the West Coast Hwa Rang Do Academy participated in the annual GoTooGi Challenge, to crown this year's school champion and in preparation for the World Inter-School Championship Tournament coming up on July 27th, 2008.

It was a chance for students of all levels, both men and women -- white belt (TSD) to black sashes (HRD) and all ages (junior to adult) -- to hone their skills.

i love tkd but if im given a chance to go back in time i used to train in hwarangdo dojo... y? coz its complete from stand up to ground... i think its ok in mma match...

me and my brother will grapple for like an hour straight tilll either one of us taps or until one of us can't move cause we're so freakin tired. im bigger then him but he's takin self defense lessons so he knows all the counters now. used to beat him all the time but now i win only on occasion.
