@iiiheartBOTDF Im sorry to hear that! Get better soon and well i didn't train for the td raiz in particular but I work out for my competitions and trick every day! A tricker had tought me a td raiz at a camp a long time ago and I ended up tweaking it a bit and this is my version on how to do it:) Heal soon!<3

rise. not raise, just sayin', if you spoke portuguese it would be pronounced: "hize" but your better off just saying rise. i'm suprised nobody else mentioned this, other than that, great tutorial!! ur a badass!

@LikeHellaHellaLike Whatever :) I have heard it called RAISE more often than RISE and it is my own way of doing TR that I invented so I can call it what I want :) jk :- Thanks for the comment.
