try an electronic cigarette. all you get is nicotine and propoline glycol. tastes very similar to a cigarette. except no tar or 4,000 chemicals. about 20 chemicals that are all deemed safe for consumption, not to mention allot cheaper. i went from smoking 1+ pack per day down to 2-3 cigarette per day, which i can live with. i usually have 2 regular cigarette in the morning and 1 at night, a real improvement from 20+ a day

I have never been quite this bad, but I know how it is to quit for just a few days. I started when I was young and the only time in my life that I have not smoked was for about 2 years when I was pregnant with my sons, and while they were still infants. Now I go outside to smoke, and wont even let my kids know I do. I'm ashamed of it, but I just can't stop. Maybe I need a new hobby..... = )
