TECHNOLOGIST!!!! A tech does rote and limited procedures. And no contrast ( the power injector shown is CT or catholigy (cath) lab or vascular intervention. Which take additional training. Film? I'not seen film since school. Weak!

Been an imaging specialist since 1967-LOVE IT!! x-ray, nuc.med, MRI-pay is good, interesting work,meet all kinds of people.

@delacerdaa pay is good I do mostly CT these days, and work 2nd shift, so I also get a differential pay increase after 6pm..

@Cristalraindrops: most of the time, u will connect the syringe w/o needle directly to the iv. i only use a needle to draw up the contrast. then i get rid of needle.
