  • does a 15 gallon tank work for african dwarf frog

  • Yes. You would be able to keep numerous frogs in a 15 gallon.

  • That filter is much too strong. These frogs are very sensitive to vibration. This is like you next to a jackhammer all day long. Do some online research and you will see what I mean.

  • Yes I know that this filter is a little too strong, but I was leaving to go out of town the next day and I wasn't planning on going to the store that second to look for a new filtration system. The frog would have to deal with it and it did with no problems.

  • Can somebody please help me I am getting an African dwarf frog and I have a 2 gallon tank so what I want to know is how many I should put in it

  • @bettaguppyfishlover what he had was accually an african clawed frog. they get to five inches and it takes year for a clawed.

  • i used to have one of those frogs mine never ate ?

  • Hello, I am getting a 4 gallon tank very soon. I am wondering the maximum number of frogs you suggest for this size of tank. They will not be kept with anything else. I am also planning on making it a planted tank. What plants can you suggest? And one more thing, is it safe to put in any sort of object that has an overhang? Like a bridge or something that can be exited from both sides? I'm always worried they will go straight up and drown! (I used to have one before he drowned like this).

  • Thats and african clawed frog baby, not and african dwarf frog.

  • He could get out easily the way your heater in slanted and the angle the wires on. Like a froggy ramp

  • I named my frogs bob & Joe!
