A police officer decides not to use deadly force against a drug-crazed car thief, who gives a whole new meaning to the term "resisting arrest", and captures him in hand-to- hand combat.

Check out the motorists and pedestrians. They too, give a whole new meaning to the word "passersby".

@iamdragonborn Idk, the problem is much larger than the picture were focusing on.. Why are there so many homeless wandering our streets? Personally i think it should be illegal to stand on the sides of roads unless your moving, and i dont mean in circles. Its illegal to use many things while your on the road driving because its considered a "distraction", so its not allowed. I think we can shift this law onto some other things ;)...i could say much much more on the matter too lol.

@iamdragonborn haha very true, i read about that story! unbelievable what people will do when they set their mind to it...I forget all the details now but didint he just want to go to jail, thats why he only robbed them for $1 lol, he wanted free meals and a free bed...But ya,I wasnt even thinking about weapons lol, people can be dangerous enough on their own... its very easy to carry a knife, or something similar on you at all times...Which really is scary if you think about it.

@OnlyBHOP You never know with people anymore. the homeless man could have been a martial artist in his previous life, or the reason why he is homeless is because of a addiction to drugs. Out of all the homeless people in the world that would pick a fight with a cop, how many would you think is on drugs or have a weapon. You just never know anymore. hell A 59-year-old man has been jailed in N.C., on larceny after allegedly robbing an Bank for $1 so he could get health care in prison.

@iamdragonborn I agree 100%, but i highly doubt this homeless man, drugged out, did i say homeless? Can afford drugs like PCP and had a history in the military... dont get me wrong, in this world...anythings possible. But looking at the video it just looked like the cop was never in a situation like this before and it really cought him by suprise...This was not a life threatening situation but an embarassment i.m.o, and id say thats why this guy stood there in amusement lol.
