Tony Dixon sells one on his official website that is $42 I believe. It is a non tunable black polymer low d. It is towards the bottom of the whistle and flute page so check it out.

Unless I'm mistaken, Hatao is the tune-player throughout the whole album. Great stuff on there, I definitely recommend it!
