  • sorry peeps, didn't notice these posts, make sure the fist dial WTposition is to the left for pure sine waves and that you are feeding it low midi notes like c1-c2 area. Its worth going through from the beginning as each video relies on you having been through all the vids before.

If you want more specific sounds please post a wants request on my main you tube page and link to an example track with reference to the time in the track.

I need something new to get my teeth stuck into!

    Thanks

  • is C1 too low? i am having pb with my mix, as u mentioned very well if you go too low the master will not be loud as the sub takes lots of th dynamic range. that is exactly what i am habing to deal with. how low do you go with the sine?

  • @JDoemel it can if you do it right. try setting the first two osc to sine and bring the volume down all the way on the third. set your root note to c7 and play arround the c5 area. face shaking subbass.

  • @JDoemel wrong. it can't do any phat mid range grinding. it can do pure sines though.

  • thx your tutorials are the shit

  • thank god for this, all the other sub bass tuts give me a stupid shitty crackling noise a long with it

  • God...I KNEW I needed Massive for those sub sounds. People, hear this decree: 3xOsc can't do SHIT when it comes to sub!

  • @0ThePlague0 or you want it to be constant with every note then use and evelope or an lfo.

  • @0ThePlague0 link one of the macro knob's to your oscillator pitch, set the value of how low/high you want the pitch to go and then automate the macro knob.
