One Life To Live epi on 12-2-08 Part 1 of 5

Part 1 Summary: Starr confronts her father about his wanting to steal her baby. Todd is forced to admit the truth. Starr tells him he doesn't know what love is.

Dr. Joplin sees the autopsy report and is shocked to learn that the baby had a condition that should have been detected in utero. Joplin doesn't realize this is a different baby and blames herself for the death. She summons Marcie, Michael, Dorian, Blair and Starr to her office and announces the baby is dead because of her -- and she is going to tell them everything.

Roxy probes John about his love life. Will he choose Marty or Blair?

Marty dreams about making love to Todd and is repulsed. Nora comforts her and relates her own story about loving someone who lies about who he is. Nora takes Marty to breakfast at the Buenos Dias Cafe and she comes face to face with John.

Marcie and Michael stay close and she is stronger and ready to know the truth about the baby's death.

Dorian worries that Blair will be John's "shoulder" and not his passion.

it's interesting in the scenes with Todd and Starr, you can see how much Starr has grown up. She is a lot different than she was 6 months ago. I'm glad the actress and the writers are able to show that.

i know he's a bad guy, but i can't help but feel sorry for him and the craphole that is his life.
