Oh, it's the congress too, and we need to do something about that. But yeah, the president doesn't have to sign everything they give him, and he doesn't have to be as bad as Bush when it comes to the use of signing statements and secret appointments. Obama is a failure, and I really wish people would pay attention when they vote instead of just trying to see that the other party loses.
