The Tuskegee Airmen is a historical drama about the first Africa-American pilots in the US military. In 1942, a group of college graduates are selected for training as pilots in Army Air Corps at the Tuskegee training base. In what is billed by everyone as an "experiment", the men face not only the institutionalized prejudice of their white officers but that generally found in the US South at the time. There are clearly those who would like to see this fail, including the Major in charge of training and a US Senator. Even when they distinguish themselves in North Africa, there is an attempt to disband them. In the end, they served their country with distinction and bravery, flying missions in Europe include providing bomber escort for the bombing of Berlin. Based on a true story.

Just watched Red Tails, and did'nt realize that this movie hes allready been made.
This looks awesome beacuse of the lack of CGI.

America can create. From all over the world you get good films. America has (SAVING PRIVATE RYAN, ENEMY AT THE GATE, FULL METAL JACKET then APCALYPTO, GLEN GARY GLEN ROSS, BLOOD SIMPLE. Some of the greatest films ever. We're not going to get that. These great & intelligent Black men & other intelligent people will be insulted. DEF COMEDY JAM & the BIG MAMA & the BOOM HEADS are already an insult & cannot be insulted! Can't be potty trained. TUSKEGEE AIRMEN are better off left alone.

They never told us about this in School. Told us about Booker T of Tuskegee. I heard about them on PBS 1970. Met a post WW2 homeboy Vet at work! I'd mention notable names from back home & he'd call them "Pilots". One was Funeral Director. The other L&N RR clerk. Good job for a Blacks southerner then. And I've seen others on TV. Intelligent, dignified men! This film will depict them as "COWBOYS" IDIOTIC FOOLS". Because that's all we know how to do! I can't even watch the trailer.
