  • i find myself to have more time when i wake up pretty early around 5 am. i am more aware of the things i want to do in the morning as my mind is not distracted. i think that is a big reason we feel times runs out as we are dealing with clutter from other daily tasks.. i am thinking to start meditating now in the day so i can have more clarity and do things with more concentration, and then take breaks. :)

  • Oh thank goodness, I'm not the only one who liked the extra credit?? LOL!

One great thing I have started to do is a Weekly Reflection of everything I've accomplished, what I'm grateful for, and 2-3 things I look forward to in the week upcoming. It amazes me that I accomplish so much in one week, yet, in my mind it feels like I'm spinning my wheels! Simply acknowledging even the little things gives me the clarity, energy, and excitement to go forth powerfully!

  • Alexi,

I have to have a checklist each day to make sure I get the important things done. If not, I simply don't do them...

    Great Video!
