Idris Cox did the translation and I think Nicholas Y Glais had a hand in the translation after the Second World War for the 100 Anniversary the Communist Manifesto in 1948.
Niclas Y Glais was from my area originally....in West Wales. My aunt met him once when he came back to Crymych. Did you know he was alos a practicing dentist too? A fascinating man....

A fascinating man indeed and a true Welsh Communist and wonderful Poet.
He wrote the song in this video about the Workers of Wales one day being free.
