Lamborghini Countach replica (kit car) engine start. This is one of the first engine trial runs of my Lamborghini Countach replica build. The motor from a BMW 740i (4.0l V8 M62) has been put in and is driven by the GoTech Pro-X engine management system. The occasional flames out the back exhaust :-) are caused by the engine running too rich as this is the default engine mapping and has not been tuned at all. Running not too bad considering it is the default program! Hope you enjoy the clip!

  • The exhaust is a custom piece made completely from stainless steel. The lambda sensor is fitted to the box and the box has a baffle compartment in the middle.

The original double skin manifolds were retained to help with moving the heat away better.
