isnt this the guy with an eyepatch in the movie 300???

@Agent1W best for communist and fundamentalist governments i should think!
-
Unreliable sources tell me that the most popular elements of Shakespeare's plays were supernatural creatures, excessive violence, and sex.
The effects of this wonder seem entirely appropriate.

Gotta say, the Civ2 Wonder vids really gave you a sense of accomplishment which the Civ3/Civ4 vids just don't do as well.

@OniLunchbox YES! or Patrick Stuart, but lets not get into the old Shatner/Picard Trekkie argument Lol :)
-
@nydaimyo No, I just think that medicine as a modern field began about this time so it was a good way of introducing a new era, in this case the Elizabethan era which would lead to the age of Enlightenment.

@quillian42 Yeah and it is also strongly questioned by scholars whether he even wrote these plays, so yeah I agree, and they could have at least found a better actor, an actor without a fake leopard shirt Lol...

communism is without a doubt the best government. Decent science and happiness and no annoying senate keeping you from armoring every city in sight :)

Shakespeare is overhyped by people who don't understand him, and underrated by those who understand him only a little.

Hmm...what bothers you, friend? High taxes? War weariness? Squalor? Plagues? Forced labor?
Well, STFU and go to the damn theatre, you little ungrateful twat! You're damn lucky to have the finest entertainment of the times!
