A traditional all-day wake to celebrate the short life of the brilliant Irish fiddler -- Gwennie Sale - a bonnie Scots lass. The strong Irish community in Chicago turned out in force for her wake and kept Martyrs' Bar humming, as only the Irish can, all day and half the night! It made her mother Maggi Sale very proud to see how loved and respected her daughter was. Sadly missed by all who met her.
