Part of a collection of old and new Tracfone (and some Straight Talk) commercials. Tracfone is the phone that puts YOU in control! Own a phone for as little as $7 a month.
I love the double minutes for life thing! Don't know how I missed that when I bought my tracfone just under a month ago, but it really did knock my socks off especially when I add it to the huge savings and amazing coverage
Not only does Tracfone have great aircard deals (with the whole double minutes thing), but I was on their website yesterday and noticed they have a year's minutes aircard for $100 and it includes and additional 200 minutes. If you do the math, TF service for a year is about $8.30 a month - huge difference from the usual $0 or $80.
Here's what I experienced recently...if you need to replace a phone that's under a contract and you don't have an upgrade available, you will pay full retail price for a new phone. A friend was at my house when I opened my cell phone bill, and she about fell over. She explained how easy and inexpensive it is to get started and maintain. And, with the double minutes for life card, your minutes will go further. Definitely on my 2011 to do list.
My contract used to cost me around $140 a month with At&t and now I spend around $40 a month with tracfone, that's a saving of $100 on average every month! It really has changed my life... That's great value, what a deal
This is an awesome deal! I got one for each of my kids and one for my mom. Everyone loves them, they're great phones- if you only need the basics... and texts and calls costs next to nothing and you get great coverage. Sweet deal
am also on prepaid now, and do not regret having paid the cancellation fees, it was well worth it, with the savings i have now i will quickly get my money back anyway. i have not got a great income, and yes i did also scale down on my calls, but now with tracfone and their minutes for life i manage to keep my cellphone spendings at $19.99 a month. then again it is easy enough to top up airtime if i need to. prepaid is definately so much better than contract, i will certainly never go back to con
I actually paid $150 when I cancelled my contract with AT&T last year and I had a monthly plan that varied between $85 to $100 depending on fees and overages. I really cut that down with TF to a VERY affordable $30 a month and while I had trim down my minutes, it was necessary to really be able to take advantage of the deals. Now, this Christmas, I have $50 more to put toward my shopping.
Cancellation fees are ridiculous, such a scam. Im so glad that tracfone is clever enough to be prepaid. Its actually cool buying my minutes before I use them and knowing what I get. Plus its easier to control what I spend that way:)
Thankfully tracfone gives more bang for our $ without a contract. 60 minutes for $19 is so affordable and I never have to worry about going over. Topping up minutes is so easy.
Those termination fees are a killer, but I braved them just get the savings with TracFone. Who needs a contract when you can get such great savings and have all the benefits? I'm on my own so saving more than $75 a month is a huge plus.
