@EllisFitz1995 If you plan on being Special Forces.it's not the best idea to be shouting it out. Also. you have a lot of training to go through if you wish to be SBS. as they operate very similarly to the SAS. You'll go through RM Training, then SAS Selection, then SBS selection (As a part of being in the SBS) ..you ask why, I reply with: Andy Mcnab - 22nd Special Air Service,hides his appearance from the public on television because of the things he did in Northern Ireland. back in my day 85 u had to be put forward for the sbs were u ask to try for sas.Also with the action normal lads are getting idd be surprize if u got the time to train for it,but good luck.

@EllisFitz1995 Good luck! Keep preparing yourself for one hell of a training course for the Royal Marines. If im correct, then you need at lease two years with the Royal Marines before you can even bother to open your mouth about the SBS. That said, you will probably be with the RM for a few or more years before u even personally feel you are ready. If u still think the SBS is for you, then good luck with further SBS opportunities. I wont to be a Royal Marine too. Keep looking up the SBS
