How bad is an advertising agency that doesn't vet its name talent like Gilbert? It's like how Sarah Silverman was on the VMAs and said some vicious (and hilarious) things about Britney Spears and everybody went crazy about how she went overboard. Then they invited her back the next year and she did the same thing with Paris Hilton!

I mean, random extras are one thing, but he's famous. That's why Sesame Street declined have Snoop Dogg on, rather than invite him THEN do some checking
