They just cant make new games with him understand? 2002 original version is in the game via Neo Geo mode. Copyrights effect future plagerising but past is the past, Akira's creator can't sue them now for what they did in 2002 because its after the effect. Same thing with SNK plagerizing Megadeth's Symphony Of Destruction and Faith no More's Surprise You're Dead! (in KoF 94')

Your Welcome, But I know he'll be in The Original 2002 in UM 2002, Besides in a level in KOF XI He's a Background Character. So yeah no problem with any copyright whatsoever. Also K9999 being in UM is a 50/50 Shot to me, But still there is a chance he's in UM.

You do know The Whole Copyright Thing for K9999 is bullshit right? If K9999 was a problem he would have been handled a LONG time ago! Besides In 02 UM they will add The Original 02 and that has K9999 in it. I do like Nameless though, Also just because He Replaces K9999 doesn't mean he isn't in 02 UM. He could be a Secret Character and even if he's not you'll still have The Original 2002.
