Don't bet on it. I've seen yellow like this one, I've took 2 pictures with flash of it, and bam! It added airplane lights, and even the noise.
They fool a lot of people like that. One way to know it can't be a plane is the altitude they fly, especially at night ( planes fly high the sky at night, in order to don't disturb people).

yeah i would not put my money on this one being a ufo ...
at the end of the video i looked and flew like a helicopter and ufo's dont care about aviation regulations to do with flashing lights.

... not sure how smart you are but, from what it looks like, the light is "hovering" then starts to move, and when you zoom in it has 1 flashing light... thats what we western people like to call a "helicopter"
