In this video, our unsuspecting victim falls into a skimming scam. In these situations a skimming device, usually unnoticeable, resides near the card entry slot. Once you enter your card into the slot the information is read off of the magnetic strip and stored onto a secondary device. Now you could simply avoid all parking meters, ATM's, drive thru bank machines, etc. OR you could get yourself a PowerCard.
