Unblocking CMD at school or a locked computer

This is a basic hack that can be used to bypass security on a computer, if you would like to know how to exactly "Bypass", CMD, this video is for you. I made it more detailed, also an extra if your school blocked notepad so you cannot access it.
Expect a lot more advanced projects coming from me.

9 minutes to say: Load Notepad, type "command.com" save as whatever.bat
Question is, if you can run batch files in the first place, why do you even need a command prompt?

@501stbog well if you have windows 7 just go onto your start menu and just write "cmd" it should be in your menu other wise i don't really know try that maybe? x

If they wanted to block CMD, they would and it would not execute at all - regardless of how you can get to it. Just because it is removed from the start menu does not mean it is "locked". Lots of networks need CMD to run logon scripts. Also, there is nothing you can do in CMD that you can't do anywhere else in Windows. MS-DOS is dead, and CMD is just another part of Windows, utilizing the same security database. And you keep spelling "there" when you mean to say "their".
