@jamiirali1 as long as you put the efort and try to talk to someone as you said, then we leave it to ALLAH my brother. May Allah guide us all inshAllah. Jazak Allaho khira
@sabani27 no i totally understood the point. my remark about the time was for humor purposes. perhaps that was above your head but you dont get MY point which is i work a CIVIL SERVICE job(full and part) for the state which does not bend it's rules to suit anybody. and my choice was to quit. and the union can do nothing trust me i tried. the only time i get to attend jumah is when school is out or holidays.and in this country giving da'wah to your irish catholic boss is like swimming upstream.
@jamiirali1 You really dont get my point brother. I dont tell you to give me time of your doctors apointments LOL. i put it there to give you an example wich means you wont miss it at no mater what time it is right. So why cant you do the same for Allah my brother? I had a hard time at my job as well, but ever sins i explained it to my boss, now he sees the point. explain it nice to them brother. Introduce youre religion to them on the way that the prophet SAW did. Selamu alaykum
@sabani27 well i certainly dont have doctors appointments that often and all appointments i have are before 10 a.m. but as i said in the USA one cannot simply tell his employer he is not coming in on fridays if he wants to keep his job. but i will be willing to quit my jobs if my critics are going to provide my family with house, food and financial support. NEWSFLASH..i do not live in sudan, kuwait or dubai where everything stops when the adhaan is called..
@LibyanRepublic not an excuse but a reality brother. but you are right i will just say forget the job and be poor,broke and on welfare living in a bad neighborhood with wife and kids in the street with me. get real in a non-secular country like america one cannot tell his employer to shove it because one cant always take friday off for jummah. most people who say what you just said either work for themselves, or dont work at all or live in an islamic country. so which do you fall under?
@jamiirali1 Leave of the trade and leave off the work and RUSH to the remberance of Allah, Allah will judge on your deeds not how much you earn in your life or not what kind of education you have. Stop making an excuse and go for allah
in western countries most work (some of us like myself have two jobs) during jummah & cant make it as much as we want. it is hard enough to perform the zuhr prayer on a fifteen minute break. so those who who live in islamic countries where EVERYTHING stops when the adhaan is called should keep this in mind. what about people who live in alaska who have six months darkness? is thier salaat null and void since one cannot perform them at the appropriate time? maghriib when the sun is up?
@sabani27 wa iyakum akhi.
