Bugatti Veyron flooring it!

This is the epic Bugatti Veyron in an exclusive video of mine. I was at Prescott Hillclimb for the Bugatti Owners Club and French car meeting to see the Veyron.

What I wasn't expecting was me to capture the machine flooring it up the hill in an explosion of noise and power.

no its not, it cant reach top speed with the spoiler out. the spolier causes drag slowing the car down. spoilers are good for high speed turns bcoz it keeps the car stuck down to the road. a spoiler is basically like a planes wing but upside down.

@poisunoskid never knew that lol, i thought the spoiler helped keep the rear of the car down when dragging or at high speeds

@machinegunboy98 no problem and no that is not a ford gt90 but my name has been with me since AOL dial up and the ford gt90 is one of my favorite cars of all time. Too bad they never actually produced one with an appropriate engine.

They had a demo that had a standard v6 just to make it move.

Second: I was merely mentioning that this is used as an airbrake for this particular vehicle. I also know what a spoiler is and know how they work.

@gt90guy for someone who takes two weeks to reply to a comment.. really? i know what an air-brake is... you think i'd be looking at this video of a car if i hadent the slightest of what a spoiler is. i'm not wasting more of my time on this.

@machinegunboy98 you do know that that is not a spoiler? It is the air brake for the vehicle to assist in slowing the car down quickly.

@machinegunboy98 Yes, I understand the terminology of aerodynamics. If a planes wing is upside down its going to push it to the ground.

@poisunoskid planes work because air flows up and over and down and under the wing. at an angle, a spoiler, forces air over the wing, creating down force. there is no "upside down" to it.
