you guys, i called it a pop song. because it's poppy as fuck. it's got slick melodies/harmonies, great hooks, and great production. which are staples of pop songwriting. my first post wasn't even about genre classification. you're all up in arms like i insulted against me for stating that they're writing beatles-esque music. i'm not. i called him "kid" because what i gleaned from his post is that he lacks sophistication in his musical opinion, and thinks pop music is limited to gaga.
