@superbudsmoke420 There are actually two seperate sounds here, one is the clutch but the other more obvious ringing sound is coming from the pull starter assembly. Watch this video (Diesel ready (6hp) Compares to Yanmar L70 HD300D 4 - 4.4 kW diesel engine) from 2:14 to 2:18 and you'll see what I'm talking about. These engines are notorious for that and it can be fixed by just pulling the starter out a little bit and releasing it.

Now just wait when you take on a ride stop and hang out for a bit and when you go to pull start .....SNAP the rope breaks. Good luck with it!
