While it's a little late, the answer's still very interesting.
I don't know the title, but I can say it's a piece composed by Nino Rota for 8 1/2, a Federico Fellini movie that share some themes with A Cock and a Bull Story.

well, she has a few more scenes at the very end of the film, where it is all revealed as a "film in a film"... i love the way she says "i can't believe that was the whole f***ing movie" :-)
