I'm not a vegetarian and I believe there are benefits to receive from meat eating. However as I see films like Food Inc. I think we would benefit much more from meat eating if we treated animals we are butchering in a better, more appreciative and respectful way. I am cutting down the amount of meat I eat, buying organic (in the hopes that Organic lends a better life for the animals killed) and consciously eating more veges... More Peas!! :) Bix

I suppose next you will say rocks are as smart as people huh? All life deserves respect. If vegetables are not eaten, they will go to waiste - they leave the seeds from their existence to plant many more. Do animals go to waiste if we dont feed them to the slaughterhouse? Perhaps humans will also just wither away if we dont feed them to the meat factory. Sure, this may be funny - but the daily murder that people commit against animals is NO JOKE. - EPIC LOGIC FAIL

@pandurism Calling me a tree hugger is not an insult to me, or anyone else with any compassion. Tree's take in carbon dioxide we breathe out and in turn create more oxygen for us to breathe. Without trees we wouldn't be here. I feel sorry for you, must really suck always being angry and bitter.
