Johnny Cook sadly died of Cancer, I believe it was about 1994, not exactly sure. but what a voice!
-
One of the best high tenors ever.
-
I loved Johnny Cook's voice. However he could never replace Vestal. What happened to him. He died awfully young but no one seems to know what exactly happened to him. Do you know? I'd appreciate and answer please.

I remember seeing them when i was young ,and they still sound the same to me here.Around the same year as well..

Vestal and Howard are now singimg and playing for our Master.

The "Happy Goodman's" have fulfilled the theme of this uptempo song, "Meet me on the other side". All of these pioneers of Southern Gospel music are now in the presence of the Lord, on the other side, rejoicing and praising thier blessed Redeemer, singing in harmonious accord with the angel band!!

All of us like Eddie, Did you konw that he joined the Prophets Quartet in March. Can't wait until they come to my area. Berni- sing
No. At all of these concerts Howard would only go to the piano during a reprise of "Living In Cannan Land," now, that was a highlight each time it occurred. Eddie Crook is just that good!
