I sympathize with the lady who aged quickly after breast cancer. That happened to me after CF. But I learned that dry fasting will make your body eat up broken tissue like wrinkles. I look better now than I did before CF. But you can't dry fast until you've been on the raw diet for several months. A standard diet needs copious amounts of water to flush toxins.

@SexSteakSoda it's because of how much worth other people [men] put on women's beauty that makes them feel like they nothing and unloved once they start aging, they become so 'tied' up in attracting the opposite sex because they believe thats the thing they should do, that their self-worth is down to men giving them attention, feeling like they are only 'something' if men find them attractive, they are taught and told that.. it's not right and shouldnt be like that. but, not only growing up..
