This was one of the first fighting games that had an online feature. I think it might've been the first. It was such a broken game though, but it didn't matter. I still had alot of fun playing it.

lol, i remember this. i was a ps2 player, this guy enkindu played me on the xbox. it was my 1st time playing on the xbox and i was on the duke pad lmao. couldnt do shit and i didnt use brc which was my main yet this guy enkindu went around bragging about how good he was and how bad i am lol. think the game was only 3 weeks old at this point.

@samusaran252 I used to play like you, but my friends didn't. They only played to win (as most people do). So we began using infinites, but the game became so boring and repetitive, I gave away my DVD (never regretted...). In fact, it's hard to find games released after 2006 that doesn't allow infinites. So I migrated to Tekken 5 (1 infinite only, with Steve) and Soul Calibur 2 (no infinites at all). Sure I miss the old MK's, but I can't stand broken games anymore. Maybe now MK9 is fixed.

@cegolau I didnt know there were sooo many infinites. I just played it how it's meant to be played: No bullshit, constant fighting, no broken gameplay uses.

@samusaran252 don't think you know this game very well. It's broken because It's so full on combo loops and killer combos (more than 100% damage). I don't know why people doesn't post them, maybe in respect to the game. Many infinites are just stupid, like Scorpion's 2 2 4, Kenshi's tekinesis slam followed by punch, shujinko's frontal flip followed by pratically anything, and so on. Over the net you will find more than 100 different types of inifinites on this game. In fact, it is broken.

Rofl, what are you talking about? MVC2 could never go online until the PS3/360 re-releases.
