I had a coil open up on me, so I tore it down and found out the tinsel lead terminal came loose from the push in input terminations. I thought it was a broken tinsel lead from bending back and forth so many times. Turns out I didn't even have to rip the woofer apart to fix it, but at least you all can see the internals of a 1222D 12'' Type-R subwoofer. BTW, It's already back in the truck pounding like nothing happened.
