A nun, director of Baek Hung Temple in South Korea, sings beautifully while her group takes a short break during a hike through the mountains.

Deep in the mountains of South Korea, at Baek Hung Temple in Daegu, a group of Buddhist nuns follow a tradition dating back over a thousand years. They gather for a ninety day period of meditation, fasting and contemplation.

This includes "Yong Mung Juin", a seven-day ritual of sitting and meditating without rest of sleep. Their goal is to attaining enlightenment.
