Hey girly thx u for the the diet tips..can't wait!! So Excited to get started! I am not sure if u knew but looked online @ walmart.com and the price is only 14.88 + standard shipping is only .97 if u want it in 1 day it's only 2.97!! All i paid is 17.85!!! I tired Hydroxycut packets which you put in water and shake it then drink it imediatly thats what the instructions said but i lost 26 pounds but i worked out a lot thats the only way it will work and raise your metabolism and gives you energy.

The hollywood cookie diet has way too much sugar! Almost 26 grams in the ones I bought. That will cause you to be hungry! I found R&D Diet Cookies and they really do eliminate hunger and cravings. They only have about 1 gram of sugar and don't have any sugar in their ingredients.

yeah I'll just say that drinking water along for a month and eating somewhat right will make u lose weight....this product has one of the cheapest proteins out there...but yeah y'all do what y'all want :) just saying...

@MAKEUPADiiCTii0N well with moderate excercise meaning every day you can lose the weight you want in about a month and a half following a Diet plan. what i would do as my excercise is that i would drink the hydroxycut packet in the morning then i would start doing aerobics wih a dvd. I would consume less calories than required per day that is how you will see results so instead of the 2000 calories i would only eat 1,500 but you caant eat less than 1,200

Also, when doing cardio, you don't start burning fat until about 20 minutes of strenuous activity. First you burn carbs, protein, then fat. So instead of walking or jogging for 20, try 50 mins or something like that. But yeah you look great already and you seem super cool so I just wanted to share some of the stuff I learned in class with you (and anyone) :D and if you have anymore questions you can message me. Heyyy girl I just wanted to give you some tips if you don't mind? I'm on the path to weight loss as well =) and I took a nutrition class this semester which really gave me lots of tips! First, no diet works. They work when you're on them but once you come off, you gain the weight back. You gotta make a lifestyle change. Eating 6 meals a day really helps because you're eating small meals every 3 hours and that keeps your metabolism moving and burning cals.

@iL0veY0 hey babe ok so all i did was lay off alot of fast foods although of course i have it once in a great while not like i used to and i drink alot of water esp with ice and i was using hydroxy cut only bcuz u get less hungry but as soon as u start eating less with like 2 months being on it ur stomach naturally starts to get smaller and you dont even need to use the pills n e more so i loved that and the cookies i bought at gnc and trust me it really works !! i lost about 30 pounds in 1 mo.

@babyygurl41 i couldn't find it any where. but i have stopped drinking alot of soda and i can already see a difference. i dont drink any all week then like one day on the weekend ill go out to eat and treat myself with a cuo of soda. i really really want to try the cookie one thoe. my friend keeps wanting me to go with her to the gym but i have no time. and she doesn't believe it would work. do they sell it somewhere online?
