So as we've seen -it will have new attacks which can be activated from the combo meter.Hero Prinny has some new moves to help him tackle this mission like the Prinny Cyclone. After activating break mode, Hero Prinny can use this attack and a Metabon Hip Attack. How do you activate break mode? By filling up the combo meter.
And we've also seen that you can at least use Asagi in her Prinny form.
Nippon Ichi wants to make Prinny 2 more accessible so they added an easy mode, called baby mode. This difficulty level has block assists and changes the scarves in the top left corner to diapers.
And yes the story is about getting Etna's stolen underwear back.
Also new "machines" like potato which makes the Prinny to fart and you can fly in the air and it also stuns your enemies, and more!
Different weather conditions have also seemed to have been added From Strong winds to "fire from the sky"
Also a playable Prinny Laharl can be seen in one picture...

Asagi Mode(Asagi Wars):
Prinny Asagi mode is a hidden feature in Prinny 2 and it looks like its less platformer and more Contra with a stamina bar.
You can equip a variety of weapons like flamethrowers, shotguns, a gattling gun, a rocket launcher, a Makai Drill, dual pistols, and... a cat.
Prinny Asagi has a special set of bosses to fight too namely other versions of Asagi. 8bit Asagi from Makai Girl, a moe Asagi robot, and Asagi Scharwznature are some of the other incarnations of Asagi youll meet.

The story is about Prinny Asagi. She seems to be working for Etna.(fate of all prinnies)
One day while watching TV,she saw on the news that there is a competition between alternate versions of Asagi.
The surviving winner gets the hero's position.
