@jimmyb2002uk lovely response you forgot to mention the veryons tires can only be mounted one place the rubber is 70,000dollars and mounting and balancing is another 30,000 you can almost have a ZR-1 for the price of a tire change

@Danny7930 ok for all u bugatti loving pufters out there yeah it does 250mph but at that speed the tyres are fucked after 12 minutes but that dont matter cos u'll be out of fuel in 10mins i'd rather buy a bristol fighter t a ultima GTR and a y2k turbine motorcycle and i'd still have change from the £800,000+ its costs for a veyron only a dumb ass would buy a veyron when a fighter t has 1200bhp and the y2k bike will do 250mph without shredding its tyres

@skipdippity I'm not sure that 0-100mph in 2.5 would be possible without racing slicks, a *really* fast sequential gearbox, awd and about a squillion lb/ft of torque.

Or a purpose built awd electric car.

I imagine it'll be done one day, but I for one won't be holding my breath...
