I have worked as a character at both WDW and DLR. These are DLR Cast Members. WDW got a hold of the video, and circulated it. It has been passed around for years.

This was made in 1990 for and by Disneyland Character Department Cast Members...I am one of the background dancers. Fun times!!

Actually this was filmed by DISNEYLAND Cast Members and was shot in the former Videopolis stage, which is now where the FantasyLand theater is.
