I've never heard of Thorium tbh, I have seen alot of evidence that India and South America were the cradles of civilisation before the middle east, for me it goes something like this-

Atlantis- Lemuria civilisations destroyed 20,000 years ago in cataclysm of some type, natural or manmade, then survivors rebuild in South America, North America, North Africa and India, then another cataclysm happens 14- 12,000 AD natural or manmade.

wow sounds like ancient technology not allowed to be accepted, there are alot of things about ancient times before recorded history, modern science refuses to go mainstream with for some reason.
