Sweet !

The Interceptor had a neat feature. There was a neutral finder pedal near the gear selector, that when pressed put the tranny into neutral without going through other gears. Nice at stop lights. Baxter Cycle in Marne, Iowa, had a couple of these bikes in the "Back Room," a couple years ago. Stock. They're gorgeous.

I've got NO PROBLEM with what he's done. To me, purism is at odds with the spirit of rebellion and freedom embodied in the motorcycle. I'm well aware that some things exist that, "just ain't right" but to me "purism" is just poorly disguised dogmatism. Most of the "purists" only ride on the weekends and drive a buick to work.

@stampide12358 Well we each have out own taste,i love the grown and bark of a good big Triumph twin,i've had singles too and the only one which sounded right was a Ariel Red Hunter 1958 that i restored,it was a 350 and sounded angry,my B.S.A. Starfire sounds angry at higher revs but has the old thump thump at idle.
When I rean "Enfield" I expected to see a single cylinder. Guess you learn something every day.
I like the bars and the up-swept pipes. Sounds good too.
